You must postage all returns when sent back. Packages that are not franked
be refused by us. Mentioned your bank account number for this shipment so that we can refund the costs of shipping.
Satisfaction Guarantee/Cooling Off Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Global Health Supplements B.V.. It can happen that you have made a mistake with your purchase or you are not satisfied with the way the order has expired. You can return the product within 2 weeks to Global Health Supplements B.V..
The product must be complete and in the original package if possible. Products that are damaged or used, are not for refund. The cost and risk of the return are to be refunded by Global Health Supplements B.V.. The cooling off period of 14 days applies only to consumers.
A number of products is not eligible for our satisfaction guarantee:
Defective or wrong product upon receipt (d.o.a.)
A DOA is a product that directly after purchase is defective (factor is that the product must be in possession of Global Health Supplements B.V. within two months). If such a product is defective or you have the suspicion that a product is defective, please contact us by email.
You have a defective product (no d.o.a.)
Under a non d.o.a. we mean a product product that has gone faulty after 8 days.
If a product is defective or you have the suspicion that a product is defective, please
contact us via email or telephone. the shipping costs of the customer to Global Health Supplements B.V.
are for your account. Global Health Supplements B.V. will return the replacement/repaired product free of charge to you.
First of all we recommend you to not to accept damaged package upon receipt. If this accidentally happens, then let the post office draw up a official or call 0582-33 33 33. This verbal is important to us at the Exchange. Please also contact us. you have after discovery of the injury two months to file your complaint with us.
